Before You Arrive

We want you to feel informed, comfortable, and cared for before your experience begins.

Below you’ll find answers to our most frequently asked questions, along with important information about participating in our wellness experiences. If you don’t see your question here, we’d love to hear from you.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I wear?

Wear whatever allows you to feel comfortable, relaxed, and most like yourself. Whether we’re walking, stretching, biking, or gathering for a shared experience, we encourage comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Most importantly, come dressed in a way that makes you feel at ease.

Do I need experience with breathwork?

Not at all.

Whether it’s your first breathwork experience or your fiftieth, you’ll be gently guided every step of the way. Simply come with an open mind and a willingness to breathe.

Can I book a private group?

Absolutely!

Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, hosting a girls’ gathering, planning a corporate wellness event, organizing a retreat, or simply bringing loved ones together, we’d be honored to create a personalized experience just for your group.

Do you travel?

Yes!

We’re happy to travel for private experiences, retreats, corporate events, and special gatherings. Travel fees may apply depending on your location. Let’s talk about your vision and create something meaningful together.

What happens if it rains?

Mother Nature sometimes has plans of her own.

For outdoor experiences, we carefully monitor the weather and will make every effort to reschedule if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable. Our goal is always to provide the best possible experience while keeping everyone’s comfort and safety in mind.

Can I customize my experience?

Absolutely—and we encourage it.

No two people are alike, and neither are our experiences. Together we’ll design an experience that reflects your goals, your pace, and what you need most in the moment.
